It could be that teams now sell away packages (sports travel agencies) to anyone once the NFL schedule comes out. I get my tickets that include hotel for two nights, game ticket, breakfast etc. through these agencies. That's how we get to see our 'Boys in Dallas every year! I have been to see the Eagles, Chiefs, Colts, and this year the Patriots, and just being in Texas to see the Cowboys is always a great trip...win or lose (especially win)!

Totally agree if your a real Cowboys fan why would you sell your tickets to the biggest game of the year.:bang2:

If you need the money that bad you shouldn't be buying season tickets.

but the majority is right here. Cowboys fans that sold their tickets should have them taken away. That was BRUTAL tonight. We got two, that's right TWO illegal procedure penalties due to awesome person cheesehead wanabes who bought tickets from greedy, non-cowboy fans. Really steams my clams.:banghead:

Way to many Packer fans in our house. Even some of the Packer players were trying to get their fans jacked up. IN OUR HOUSE???

Yeah I saw that... that was weird.

Well... Capitalism at its finest.

Look at it this way.... more practice at running the offense with loud noise... we will be primed for any road game.... hey... maybe thats why Romo is so good on the road.... he cant tell home from the road :laugh2:

Phoenix and Las Vegas are transplant/transient cities, Dallas has about as heavy a native population as a city of it's size so that excuse doesn't apply to Dallas. Boston has a more of a transient population than Dallas by a mile and their fans would never do that.

Many Cowboy fans are very wealthy corporate patrons. We all know that. Even the tailgating at Texas stadium stinks because of the corporate nature of the team. I remember going to a Steelers game and there were way too many Steeler fans at the game.

The truth is the Cowboys have many amazing fans but they simply don't have as much money as the wealthy ones who buy tickets and don't attend the games.

nice stereotype, oh and you might want to check your facts, DAllas fort worth is loaded with transplants, why do you think it is the 4th largest market. most of the transplants come from the northeast like me or the midwest.

Oh and I am not wealthy, not even close but I am a season ticket holder and i am there screaming my head off every game, and there are many like me.

this game had alot of packers fans because they planned coming to this game since april, this was their big travel game for a vacation, warm city this time of year.

If we get to the nfc championship and play them again you wont see anywhere near as many packers fans here, it will be totally different.

i love the stereotypes and the matter of fact way people talk about the texas stadium crowd. try attending a few games.

I was there, and it was true. WAY TOO MUCH GREEN AND YELLOW!!! I was ashamed and outraged to be sharing the stadium, which was split nearly 50/50, or at least 60/40.

In the 4th quarter when the Packer fans were getting rowdy and we finally started getting some stops and throwing Romomentum back our way, I had some furious "NOT IN OUR HOUSE! THIS IS TEXAS BABY!' comments. Don't really remember what exactly I said but it was loud.

Dallas likely has one of the heaviest transplant populations in the country.

But hey, I guess we Texas-based Cowboys fans should take a lead from our east coast brethren--the only practitioners of true fandom--and start leaving in the third quarter, booing our team when they fall behind, and pelting opponent fans with batteries.

Only then will we be true fans.;)

FYI: Us Yankee fans use larger(D) batteries than the Mets fans(9 volt).

So what's the point of packing batteries in snowballs?

people from Wisconsin don't travel to Irving, TX for vacation......seriously, stop making excuses. They are rabid, albeit IDIOTIC, but still rabid fans that will spend their last factory earned dollar for a ticket. As you guys said though, it'll be different in the playoffs: thankfully.

There were Packer (and Cowboy) fans from all over the place, from those we talked to in the tailgating area. California, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona, etc...
