Sorry, but don't want Norv or any other NFL coaching retreads. It's time that Jerry signed a really good HC whose shown a real ability to win in the NFL. If we have to go with a retread, I'd prefer Cowher cause at least this team would have some discipline. OTOH, am concerned cause Cowher wants to run the show & I think it's too much for an NFL HC to also be a successful GM. The GB HC (can't remember his name) who went to Seattle also took over as their GM and he didn't do a good job at all.
Don't really want Gruden cause living outside of Tampa, except for his taking a Dungy team (which had a great defense) to a SB team win, Gruden wasn't that successful in the remaining time he had with the Bucs. Don't know if their questionable drafts were all Grudens fault or whatever, but despite being an offensive coach he never able to develop a good young QB.
Cowboys also need to be sure they want to stay with the 3-4 vs 4-3. This team sure isn't getting the pressure I had hoped for this year.
