Patrick Peterson 99 Yard PR TD In OT

just lost in fantasy by .7 points because of this....unbelievable...
 
Picked off a flea flicker and won the game on a punt return in OT for the Cardinals.

His play in the secondary has been a little shaky since he's a rookie, but once he gets that figured out he'll be amazing. Anyone that watched him play at LSU knows it's only a matter of time before he's considered a top tier DB in the NFL as well.

His returns are simply amazing...His vision and agility are unreal. On today's 99-yard return for a TD in OT he broke/slipped 4 tackles...one of which turned him completely around while running close to top speed and he still kept his balance and took it to the house!

3 punt return TDs already in only 8 games. I think he'll soon be in the discussion of being the best returner since Deion.

PP > Hester - PP actually has the potential of being an elite CB where Hester will never be considered an elite WR.

The subject of this thread is the 99 yard punt return and a poster's comment that PP is the best since Deion.

It's not even close. PP is good, but he's not in Devin Hester's league in terms of punt returns.
 
He's definitely a great kick returner. Hard to get a guy that big and that fast on the ground when he has the ball in the open field.

As a cover cornerback, he's still got a lot of work ahead of him from what I've seen.
