Update: Ramsey is close to joining the Jets, the New York Post reports.

Recommendation: Reports are that Ramsey's agent has been actively working on the parameters for a trade that would bring Ramsey to the Jets, in order to repair their crippled quarterback position.

He's a good team guy. I would hate for us to get only a 5th rounder for it. I have a feeling we'll get a 4th for him, but that still sucks too .

What specifically were the complaints in WAS about Ramsey? Among the offseasons' relatively shallow group of YOUNG FA QB's and young on-the-trade-block QB's which includes Josh McCown and Drew Brees, Ramsey doesn't seem too shabby.

I don't know how good Ramsey can be but I don't belive that he got a fair shake in Washington.

It will interesting to watch in NY if (as uasual) Pennington goes down.

Maybe it will turn out like Farve and Atlanta. :laugh2:
