This is an amazing stat, especially in the salary cap era.

It seems almost impossible to do in this era.
Though being in the AFC East during that span can't hurt.
No doubt though, the Pats have an elite organization.

All time great QB, all time great head coach. Cowboys fans should know that'll do it better than anybody.

They always seem to be very very good.

Nope..they used to be as irrelevant as any other bad team. When Brady retires they'll suck again.

They went 11-5 with Matt Cassel.

They certainly have been helped by the overall weakness of the AFC East. Just like Manning and the Colts were for a long time in their division.

Best coach in NFL ever has something to do with it

Given the modern game's design push for parity, there are not many dynasties in the salary cap era. This is one of them.

BS. Lombardi had a much better playoff record and won more Championships. So did Halas.

Pretty dang good run they've had. Huge because of who their HC is. Brady has been pretty dang special as well.

How many teams were around when Lombardi coached?

I love Pats. Somehow we have their number it seems. That probably makes it easy to love them. I admire Bellichick as a coach. Brady is also a class act. Kudos to them

the way the patriots run their org should be the way we should run ours :(

The way we used to.

I can't help but to admire them since they are doing so many of the things, the Cowboys did 1960-1988.

Patriots/Belichick/Brady have 12 consecutive winning seasons - 11 playoff berths.

The all time record is Cowboys/Landry/Staubach with 20 consecutive winning seasons - 18 playoff berths.

Anyone want to speculate if the Patriots can match what the Cowboys did?

The critical factors is Brady having a great successor and Belichick wanting to hang around at least eight more seasons.

Gosh you took my "always" way too literally.

Let me rephrase it then. They've been very very good for a long time.

Bellicheck has perfected the art of cheating and the fact that he got off for Spygate, while the NFL played all hypocritical when it concerned the Saints, is all one needs to know about this clown.

Class act or media darlings? These guys flat out cheated and the league burned all the evidence..
