QB controversy coming up :laugh2:

I will take that as a joke. Tebow over Brady, I think not.

As a Pats fan, I hate this move. Media, circus, all the other nonsense this guy brings.

OK Belichick, are you out of your mind??? Just what is he thinking???

Ugh.

Which is hilarious, as he has never played TE in his life.

I don't see it that way. He has the body of an H back and has great movement in a 10-20 yd range with decent speed for a TE. And he would be a problem for defenses having to watch him for trick plays and passes. He's good around the goal line. Several posters here thought he'd make a good hybrid TE. Great character and a good athlete. I hope he does well.

LOL, I get what you are saying, but a defense is not going to be tricked into thinking he can complete a pass.

I was kinda joking, his followers will demand him start and they're not that bothered about things like skill.

On a side note, HAHAHAHA you got Tebow :laugh1:

The Hoodie will probably find a way to maximize his ability and move him around and such. He'll wind up making some plays for the Patriots this year.

he's a talented player and a winner--maybe in NE the media will just let him play

Agree 100%

If I were an NFL coach I would have scooped him up for those reasons.

I would also use him as the blocker on punt formation, .. you could fake a punt any time, and from any where on the field if you wanted to take that chance.

I would love to have him on my team and in my lockerroom, .. leader and winner.

If we had picked him up, the press would have called Jones ********, that he runs a circus, that it is only for facetime etc. Patriots pick him up, dman Mumbles is a genius and will use him in so many amazing ways.

Primarily because as an organization, the Patriots are much better equipped to handle the Tebow circus.

The Cowboys are already a circus.

How many times have you seen him throw a block? Catch a pass? Run a route? To assume a guy can just go from QB to TE at the highest level is an insult to every TE in the league.

I don't know about that, when Jones has no comment, the press dissects it as to what it really means. Mumbles has no comment and they laugh that he is just being Belicheck.
