Questionable?

how was that play questionable?

His heels were not touching the white area, he had his left foot down, and got pushed out before his right foot hit the ground, and then when he hit the ground he maintained possesion of the ball.

That play is the definition of the rule, but no, the NFL had 1/21/07 in mind when they made that up, right?

I'm expecting another Peyton Manning INT early in the 4th quarter...I'll be surprised if he doesn't throw another one.

That's my problem...you get penilized for trying to defend him...if you let him go, you never know if that second foot comes down in bounds.

The play wasn't questionable. The fact that they called it a force out was. He would never have got that 2nd foot down either way. What do you do? Let him come down with it without trying to knock it out?

That's what's questionable. Use your heads people.

this game reminds me of the 94 NFC Champ Game.....

we spot the Niners 21 points then come back to make it a game and almost win

Colts give NE a 21-3 lead and then come back to make it a game....let's see if they can actually win the game.

Yep, I need one more appearance of the Manning playoff face to tide me over till this time in 08.

Watching these two great QB's play, I wonder if Romo will ever be as cool, calm, collected and impose his will on defenses like they do. How many games will it take him to get to that level...if ever.

They are lucky this year, no denying it. Of course they are a good team, but they wouldn't have won last week or be leading today without their lucky bounces.

So true. Lucky b***ards.

How do you know? ive seen tougher catches than that one where the receiver puts 2 feet down. without being forced out

Sorry if I refuse to buy into the luck nonsense that so many people here preach about the Patriots. Luck doesnt happen 3 times in 4 years, luck doesnt happen again and again and again and again.

Exactly. How do you know he was forced out?

Like I said, do you let him just try and catch it, or do you try and hit him to knock the ball out?
