I am in a great spot with the Cowboys. I despise the Jones clan so when the Cowboys tank it makes me happy to know Jerry is sad. I am sure yesterday didn’t upset him too much but come January it is really going to sting. This pleases me.

this is an unhealthy fanship, there can be no win in this situation..and the Jones are not going anywhere maybe ever...hope you find a diferent way to enjoy it, my Mom was in this same spot but after my Dad died she realized she was not gonna let Jerry steal her joy.

I hope. Just look at every post on this board. It’s sad. Sure we are all disappointed. That’s normal. The amount of doom and gloom here isn’t normal. Fire Dak, fire Micah, fire Quinn, fire everyone. Burn it all down and start over.

If someone read this board from the outside they would feel like cowboys fans are the worst fans in the world.

It’s just entertainment. When you are more upset than the players it may be time to step away.

This doesn’t sound like a great spot. When you need to think this way I would say it’s time to find a more healthy obsession. That feels like a better path to happiness than the situation you have going.

Don’t waste the little time we get on earth tying happiness to things that you can’t control and really don’t matter. It’s just entertainment.

It’s our typical season. If it’s a different team we will know in the playoffs. But if we pull that crap again it’s a one a done season…

No one “tricked” anyone.

They just aren’t all that great at this. They over value their mid round picks and UDFAs and think that they can avoid using FA because they are smarter than everyone else.

They have an over-inflated view of themselves as well, and no type of overwhelming evidence is going to fix it. They have the “secret sauce” that no one else can figure out. They’ve told us as such.

zero anger. i fully expected this team to lose on the road vs a good team. I fully expected our QB to wilt in a big time game on the road. its par for the course.

Yep. After watching first half of season I had us at 12-5 again with 2 losses somewhere in this SEA, BUF, MIA, DET mix. Most likely the away games. But… if they had won that game and continue to win, you can bet your *** I would be excited about the postseason. So it’s unfortunate it happened because it is bringing back memories of previous seasons. If they can redeem themselves with Miami and Detroit, I think we have a shot at least until we play San Francisco.
