NFL will lose a lot of fans. I hope this flops big time.
Forcing some to get Prime for TNF and now a regular season games and playoff game on Peacock.

NFL greed is out of control.
I agree man. I don’t think it’s reasonable to expect fans to have multiple different streaming services to watch the same league.

One is of course fine, but spread across multiple? Crazy

been out for a while now, great delivery service for groceries etc, free shipping
Don't have to depend on a relative\neighor\coworker if or when one's situation or circumstances make those either options difficult, not structured, or on non-existent.

yeah they would sell their souls and mothers for an extra $100 mil !
pretty soon to get all the games you would have to suscribe to like 20 different channels !
I only watch the games on free tv. I quit mon nite football when it left abc.
Did not watch any amazon thur nite games last season.

I wonder how much peacock ( what a stupid name lol ) paid for that ??
OMG! They have a product that everyone wants to see! They should make it totally free!!!!!

I never took a single business class but I know that is not a reasonable viewpoint.

They make enough money from networks and advertising to make it free.

NFL will soon = PPV events only.

This Prime contract is stupid and now this.
The nfl should stream the games themselves on their network. Then one service is all you’d need to see every game. But that wouldn’t make as much money as having everyone bidding for pieces
Financially in the short term it’s a great move. Long term it could cost you fans. If fans can’t see their team then they find something else to do on Sunday and you could end up losing fans

So now if your favorite teams PLAYOFF game happens to be on peacock……..

Man they really are pushing this.

The Peacock exclusive Wild Card game and regular season game will be broadcast on NBC stations in the two competing team cities, and available on mobile devices with NFL+.
If you live in the market you can still get the game on NBC

I never said it should be totally free lol. If you dont know how they make $ airing it for free, I suggest you get on a search engine.
Games have always been on free tv and still are, just not all of them.
If you live in dfw area you can get all the cowboy games for free with a device known as a antennae !

That’s slightly better. But I just think it’s wild that it wouldn’t be nationally televised on NBC

In the short term it’s huge money for the NFL but long term it could cost them fans. Less fans mean TV and streaming deals don’t bring in as much revenue. If a fan misses a couple of their teams games, some fans could just lose interest. We aren’t the avg fans here. We live and die for football but millions of fans aren’t like that and those are the ones who if you take it away will find something else to replace it with

I really don't think it will cost them fans in the long term.
Once we longtime league fans that started out watching games on free TV exit the viewing audience... the remaining followers will more than make up for the loss because they grew up learning that they will have to pay through a number of outlets\services for viewing sports (and movies, and season show series).

If it was all one place to stream I think you’re right. But it’s gonna be you need multiple streaming services and I think even younger fans will get fed up with all the services you would need. I live where I’ll get most on cable and I have streaming services but I don’t Want to have to buy something I don’t want just to see a game
I get the economics but I just think in the long run it’s gonna be detrimental
But we will see

The game will be on NFL Network right after it's over. I'll watch it then if I want to. I'm not chasing the NFL all over cyber space and satellite, especially not for extra pay from my pocket.
