Over; 8 isn’t a crazy amount, and there may be an abnormal amount of holding penalties against this defense until Dallas’s line learns to play together. Rapport is a big deal for Olines.

Man , it adds up , 7-10 penalties , even at average of 10 yards that is about 70-100 yards, As Parcells said each 100 yards is a score , so we may have to outs score Buccs by a TD and more to overcome the penalties . Sigh !
