Penalties killed us last year with Parcells and they killed us this year with Phillips. I think the blame there has to go to some of the players who just aren't very smart. I think Flozell is borderline ******** and there was no excuse for Reeves and Davis' stupid 15 yarders. Some of these players just are not very smart. Witness Burnett's stupid 15 yarder in the second Giants game!:bang2:
