I think the penalty on Carter was bogus as he barely even touched the guy. That was on the same play that Lee got lit up on.

That is very impressive since these refs have a tendency to call those too easily and often.
 
Either Baltimore or New England had 13 penalties last night.
 
Corretion, Baltimore had 14. They are the only team that had more in week 3 than the Cowboys.
 
Should probably be higher considering a holding penalty is better than getting Romo killed out there but he's taken about 3 knockout blows per game so far
