This obviously goes without saying, but I’m hindsight, we were fools to think that the most penalized team in the league could make any noise in the playoffs. The offense obviously sputters a lot, but it’s the penalties as much as anything that kills us.

In last 2 years McCarthy showed no ability to correct problems once they started going down hill.

He won if everything was perfect during the start of the game. But once things went bad they never got better

Can't fix stupid players regardless of coaching. Just lack discipline, if it didn't get fixed after a few games it is not getting fix in post season.

Guess we were all wrong about one thing - Greg was going to cost us a playoff game

This has been an issue for many years, not just under MM. Is it the coaching, is it having unintelligent players? No team can be successful if they continue to beat themselves. Cowboys always have had the talent, just cannot play clean football.
