Penei Sewell Would You Take Him?

You’re insane. That’s like saying you like Dinucci over Dak. C’mon, man. Sewell’s an absolute stud and future HOF’er.
I suggest you watch more tape. Sewell has potential but he isn't some can't miss stud.

Your comparison between Dak and Dinucci is what's insane. Slater and Sewell are top 10 picks while Dak is a top 10 QB and Dinucci is a 3rd string developmental QB.

LOL at Sewell isn’t some can’t miss stud.
Mmmmm k.

I'm on board with Leatherwood at #10. His athleticism is off the charts. He'd be a great replacement for Tyron when he's done. Until then, put him at RT and move Collins back inside.
Speaking of Collins. Anyone have a update on him? Would be nice to get some production out of that investment.

I would take Lawrence. Wilson and Fields over any defensive player also.
I wouldn't take wilson or fields...too many question marks. and more QBs fail in the first round than succeed. so expectations are that perhaps one of these will have sucess in the NFL.

Sometimes you just got to roll the dice.
but that's the problem. roll the dice...what if it doesn't work out. you go back to the drawing board? and most probably it will take several years for Wilson and Fields to develop, if they develop, then what move on and not pay them because we don't like big contracts....

I am not opposed to drafting a prospect that needs development, but right now, drafting a back up QB to develop in the first round is not going to help this team...we need to focus on defense, and don't even evaluate any offensive players as outside of Sewell in the first round and maybe an OT who drops for some odd reason but has very high potential, I wouldn't draft any...and I mean wouldn't draft any offensive players....there has to be a renewed sense of urgency about defensive draft and defensive evaluation that has been missing in this organization for over 15 years.
