Someone in another forum said this, and it's just unfathomable to me.

In a postseason or regular season money game I would start Eli over Marino or any of the others in the random list of 11 great qb's, except Staubach, and it's a tossup between Aikman and Eli.

These are the 11 QBs he was referring to.

Staubach, Moon, Plunkett, Marino, Simms, Kelly, Aikman, Roethlisberger, Romo, Flacco, Eli

Now, I'm not sure why Flacco is on there, but still.

Some Giants fans forget that Eli has also totally crapped the bed in playoff games.

Three different years they were one and done in the playoffs with him playing as bad or worse than even his normal regular season jaginess.
For ex., one year he had a 35 QB rating and another, sandwiched between the SBs, he had a 40 QB rating and one and done.


Those two other years he did okay well though.
So two out of five years.
