Nz is 6-2, 232 (pre draft) but was reported to be about 240 in college.

They will carry 7-8 opening day then add Ro for 7-8. My guess would be 7 but they may hedge. This is one of the most injured positions in the league AFAIK. There's ten on the official roster at DC now.

The Cowboys are in the process of looking for linebacker depth with Rivers retired, McClain on the PUP list and rookie Mark Nzeocha on the non-football injury list as he recovers from a torn anterior cruciate ligament suffered last year at Wyoming.

Yup....Watched the OTA's on Youtube......and he looked really good....Infact almost starting material. I had him as one of my sleepers this camp. Really shocked to hear he is hanging up the cleats.

Getting worried about our LBers now.....

And really don't like the vibe I'm getting from the start of camp....players missing the start of camp...hold outs, Dez Bryant looked ticked off @ his press conference. (Still ticked @ the negotation process the team put him through)...Caught some of the highlightes on the NFL network....Looked like our D-line was already dogging it (especially Gregory) on their get offs. Just not a good vibe to start camp.

I could understand that, he is still immature and naive. My guess is he has been answering similar questions all summer and he thought all of that would go away the minute his name was on the dotted line.

How can you be worried about the LBs? We already knew McClain would probably be out. Rivers was a guy who might contribute....might.
And Dez is totally pumped...not sure what you're talking about there either.

Yep, bingo! Garrett recently said Rivers had lost his passion for the game. That's when you know it's over.
