Lol, just saw that. Yeah, ok. Hey Tony you haven't played in a year, take this series huh?
Jerry Jones didn't say that, Stephen Jones supposedly said it...
He doesn't wanna say Tony is the backup and won't play unless Dak gets hurt. But trust me, that's the case.
Paraphrasing the SNF reporter, but supposedly Jerry says Garrett has the freedom to bring Tony in in any given game if he thinks it will help the team in that particular game. That's interesting.
I think they're just talking about closing out like Sanchez did against the Browns.
It would be kinda pointless to do in a regular season game... but in a playoff game they would do it.Maybe if Dak struggles and throws a couple of pics and we are trailing by double digits at halftime..........Romo gets the nod?
That's a bad situation to send Romo into the game, especially if the defense is going to pin their ears back and rush the QB every snap. Sounds like a good way to get Romo hurt again.
he has done that , he plays great on the last possessions. The thing is, it appears to me that Dak plays best in the 4th quarter. Maybe it's because that's when our running game has worn out the opposing D. I'll leave that up to our local experts to figure out -- too many moving parts.
