I see a lot of irony here with some of these Skins posters coming over here and talking smack that we can't handle their comments. Yet if we made just a fraction of the comments on their board-they would have air blow up their dresses and ban anyone at an instant.

It's all good. I liked your posts. I figured you'd reread it and see that I was pretty much saying what you were saying.

We're who everyone wants to beat. Of course, people are going to talk smack.

We could have just as easily won those 3 losses...

I hope we do keep having good practices. It's going to come down to execution and moxie on game day.

I don't. They'll claim that we didn't win by enough, or emphasize parts of the team that didn't look good, or talk about how the team we beat was horrible on the road (Seattle) or wasn't that good anyway (Tampa).

Things are really getting ridiculous. I don't remember the media being this negative about a winning team since the Switzer days.

I hate to quibble but we can't play Seattle until the Championship game.

Normally I would agree with your position, but it seems like most threads since last Sunday are following the same pattern:

• starts with an informative post
• some discussion about the post
• redskins1, Burgandy&Gold, or some other skins-fan doofus pops in to crap on the thread
• the epenis swinging begins
• thread devolves into smack talk with same tired smack (Cowboys no playoff wins in 11 years, Skins no SB since 91, backed into playoffs, etc., etc., etc.)
• the metadiscussion on whether or not the skins fans are trolls/should be banned begins

Some of us have limited time to peruse the forum, and when we click on an interesting thread title with 6+ pages of discussion, we would like to see more than a page of posts germane to the thread topic.

To redskins1 et al: We know you are proud of your team. We know you think you are going to beat Seattle and kick our butts in the divisional round. We know that your team has won four in a row and is on a roll. We know that the Cowboys have been struggling.

There is no need to bring this up in every freaking thread, take it off topic, and force us to pick through your stinking posts and all the inane replies to them in an effort to find meaningful discussion on what might have been an interesting topic. This thread started off about a Cowboys practice.

Please be respectful if you have any decency at all.

I think the concern is that our offense has tanked.

12-51 on 3rd down over the last 4 games.

No running game.

No points.

They just need to fix the running game and everything will work out.

Are you kidding me ? they are a whole lot more rude on the Skins website than we are over here. I have tried to go there and have a decent debate without jabbing or poking at their team...forget it, it aint happening. The majority over there are hostile and rude. For the few that might not be..it dont matter cause you have to wade through too many hostile posts to have an ongoing decent debate with anyone over there. At least that was my experience.
