..its that time Gents. When weird things happen. Lady Luck starts splatting her lipstick all over the place.

NYG somehow, defeats Beagles. NYG has stout run D. Very capable of controlling Hurt/RPO.

Perfect storm brewing for Santa night.

Getcha popcorn. ;)..

Highly doubtful, the Giants dont have the offense to keep up with Philly.

But even if the Giants somehow do win, is it really going to matter for the division considering we have to run the table?

Even if we beat the Eagles on Christmas Eve, we still have road games at Jacksonville (who beat the Ravens at home), at Tennessee (they have looked bad recently, but still a very good team), and at Washington (not a gimmie by any stretch of the imagination).

I just dont see us running the table over these last five games and unless Philly totally crashes and burns, another loss by us and it practically wraps up the division for them. I guess my point is that for us to win the division over Philly, we have to go undefeated and have Philly lose to us and somebody else over these last five games.

Possible, yes..............probable, no.

The Giants are one of the most overrated teams in the league. Having said that, it’s a division game and anything can happen……but probably won’t.

We will be favored in every 1 of those games. Besides your own pessimism there’s nothing that says we can’t win the next 5 games

The best hope is the Eagles at Giants this weekend . I believe it’s noon kickoff ( central ) too bad it wasn’t opposite Cowboys game and on later on at 330 . The Giants are fighting for playoff survival , time for a big W from them .,

When they get to 5 let me know.

That’ll show them! Talking about SBs from nearly 30 years ago!

Here’s a hot take. Over the last two decades and Jerry’s run as sole GM, the Eagles have been the much better franchise.

Frankly, it sucks.

Irrelevant. Beagles has been around since 1933, but Cowboys still have 4 more Lombardi Trophies.

Im kinda tired of hearing about Philly on this forum.

Just keep winning and it doesn’t matter what happens with other teams.
Winning the Superbowl is so much easier if we keep on winning, and Philly losses 1 game before playing us.

I'd love to see it but the Giants have 1 win in their last 4 games. They appear to be fading. I have a hard time seeing them beating the Eagles.

Cowboys take care of their own business. All that matters to me.

Christmas Eve will just be the beginning of a great weekend.
Totally agree big dog, the Cowboys need to carry their own weight. If you can't win the games it takes to get there, then you don't belong there. Like you said, the Cowboys just need to take care of their own business. If they do that, we'll have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

I’m really hoping NY pulls it off, they always give them a good game.

Many Cowboys fans were like 4 years old when we last won a SB.

Frankly, it's pretty pathetic that our fanbase still thinks we are the best franchise because of Super Bowls we won nearly 3 decades ago. LOL. We have three playoff wins in 25 years. But yeah, let's puff out our chests here.

I didn't realize the Giants were that woeful stopping the run. They have no chance this weekend unless Hurts and the Eagles just turn the ball over a ton.

We are gonna be left hoping that a bad Bears team can somehow pull and upset to leave the door open for the division for us.

Yep. It could actually be a blowout. Williams might not even play for them at DT, and if he does, he could be limited. They already couldn't stop the run and have bad LB play. Those LBs + Hurts scrambles? LOL.

There will be entertainment though in watching Jaylon Smith spaz out and try to chase Hurts all over the field.

..chillax mate, we are quite aware there's been a dry spell for the last 20+ yrs. Most of us are hoping we can end it soon, maybe this year.

We can choose to see cup half full, or other way around. But nothing has to be said, that hasn't' been reiterated almost every day on these boards.

Still irrelevant.
Beagles have 1.
Cowboys have 5.
