Perseverence extracts Oxygen on mars

They found signs of life on Mars

Sending PEOPLE to Mars and getting them back would be epic.

But as I said I just have higher standards than you do.

It's literally the first time they've been able to extract oxygen on another planet, a huge step forward especially toward getting a survivable mission going there. Anyone who isn't impressed is a complete moron and doesn't comprehend just how big of an achievement it is.

Yawn.
That is not a huge step at all and anyone that thinks so has room temperature IQ.

Enough oxygen to support a person for 10 minutes.

i would be interested to see the energy expended to oxygen molecule ratio.

so how much did it cost for one person to breath for 10 minutes?

it matters much more than you may think..

Probably costs a bunch. Most know this type of endeavor is expensive and that the costs matter. The hope is that the cost will go down as technology continues to evolve. That will take time to prove this to be true. This was a huge step. I don't know how anyone can logically say it isn't. But one huge step doesn't mean the journey is done. Plenty of rookies come into the NFL and have a great season and then disappear. Can a next huge step be taken and then another and then another....
