Personal foul late hit on Dak

Don't think it was a late hit but he did follow through and drove him into the ground intentionally. That was a penalty and actually aimed to hurt Dak. Luckily Dak did not land on his shoulder. Kind of hit like when Romo got hurt in Philly. Opposing defenses don't mind the 15 yard penalty as long as they can take out a QB.

You can just tell when a lineman is trying to hurt the QB, by either pile driving them into their shoulder, or dragging the qb down horsecollar style, but from wrapping them rather than from the back. Had that been Rodgers or Brady and they got hurt, we would hear about it all week on ESPN or what not

Oh, it was late. Mosley didn't make contact with Dak until after the ball was released and then drove him into the ground FIVE steps later out of bounds. He was 100% trying to injure him.

He should absolutely be suspended - if that was Brady or Manning, he would be at least be heavily fined. Having had an AC joint / rotator cuff injury I recognized what they were testing him for on the sideline- could have been season ending.

Agreed, which proves the league isn't serious about player safety. As long add cheap shot players are allowed to intentionally try to injure players the NFL isn't serious.

It's nice to have a QB the refs actually want to protect. Romo got thrown around like a ragdoll and never got any calls. I have no idea why, either.

It was a late hit deserving of a flag but the histrionics are a bit much. What happened was not something that doesn't happen dozens of times unflagged before the whistle in each and every NFL game.

I was at the Bears GB game where Martin body slammed McMahon multiple secs after he released a pass - ending his season and perhaps their title defense. I think Martin was suspended for multiple games - the time delay in these two plays was very similar, as was the intent. Continuation is irrelevant.
