Personally, I hope the Skins keep whining

To be honest I did not expect the Skins to lose to the Giants....but it cost me a game in a pickem league...so anything is possible and they could very well lose to the browns, even though I think they should win the game.

And I am sure I will have to see the game as where I live they always play the browns, bengals and steelers games....

I would pick the skins again this week BP. Worst case scenario their defense will be strong enough to get them a win. The Commanders much improved defense has imressed me this season.

Sunday Ticket BP. I am certain you have heard of it. I would kill myself those games where the only ones I could see.

I am on Cable and they are also my ISP.

I even went so far as to buy a direct tv dish and receiver so I could just order the NFL ticket and not get the basic program package.....they would NOT let me get JUST the NFL ticket...I would have had to sign up for a years worth of their basic program package before they would let me get the NFL ticket...however they said after that year package was up I could cancel it and then get the NFL ticket again.

Well I did not want to spend a years worth of money paying for less programming then I get on my cable service just to get the ticket.

Of course it is brought up on a regular basis. The players get trophies and rings. Fans get bragging rights. I rarely bring it up. You mentioned regular season wins in the past (13-1) not meaning much compared to playoff wins. I just added the SB victories to help fortify your argument.

Man, you should just bite the proverbial bullet for a year and cough up the cash. Its worth it in the long run. Look at it this way. For one year you gotta pay $560 or so for the ticket. After that its only $200 bucks a year. Your Cowboys arent worth that much ? Of course they are (I your eyes I guess). But seriously if you head out to a bar to watch say 8-10 games a year with a female companion you are easily looking at around $400 bucks++ per year. Food, Beverage, Tip, etc. that crap adds up. I have season tickets and still pay for the ticket. I have had it so long now I am just spoiled by it.

I have seen all three cowboys games this season and expect to only miss a few games this year.

Beat us in the Playoffs then I will be impressed. Until then, you get the same old hum drum respect that the Eagles get.

The game was poorly played on both sides of the ball by both teams at times, and the officiating had its issues. But IMO A game shouldnt be close enough were the officials decide the outcome.

Frankly, I don't need you to be impressed or have you respect our team. Should you choose to give either one, probably speaks well of you given that your team has lost 13 of 14 to us. But that is up to you. At some point a reasonable man would give the devil his due IMO.

Having said that, the Eagles IMO have currently legitimate claim to NFC East sumpremacy given their recent dominance of the division. I don't like that but I give them the credit and respect due them for their accomplishment.

Now when we start talking about Super Bowls... he he he... I don't have to give the Eagles ANY respect. THAT I like!

Thanks, I talk football on a regular basis with about 40 guys who love the game as much as I do. I got it down on when to pick and chose the right time to throw the dagger. Cant be a homer all the time.

Agree that the Cowboys have had the Commanders number for several years now. Hopefully with the parity in this league, that will be a bitter memory soon.

Eagles have ruled the roost for the past few season and definitely look like a force to be reckoned with thus far this season. However with the injuries piling up on that team it is only a matter of time. Before one of the teams in this division that have Lombardi's will knock them off their high horse. With the level of coaching and talent in the East all of the teams could end up with a division record of 3-3.
