I hate it when they make a good play and get fired up, but when the other team makes a good play they seem to get pushed around someone needs to step up and let them know it's not the end of the game if the other team makes a good play.

The team that wins.
True. That is why we need to see it for what it is, preseason.

Go back in history and you will find out the majority of SB winners had losing preseason records.

jason garrett's brother lost his wife ..

Jason was fine and he was on sidelines. During Pre-game they showed him chatting with Romo and smiling etc.

I don't know if you are trying to come excuses or not, but that had nothing to do with Offense being not so great. Well actually I am not really sure Offense was all that bad, compared to what we expect of Defense.

Complications form a heart attack. She was 38.

wow I didnt hear that on the radio broadcast, that is awful.

Wow.

When it comes to worries, I have one worry after watching this game.
Marcus spears is getting dominated at the point of attack just like last year in december.

The texans just ran right at spears, I am beginning to think that is the book on him, run right at him.

I think he is in trouble of becoming a role player.

ONe more thing, Anthony spencer made rookie mistakes on two td's tonight, the first was taking a bad angle on jones when he should have had him on the return, and second was the td that schaub rolled out and threw to jones behind reeves. He went inside on his pass rush when he was responsible for the outside contain, he got an earful on the sideline for that.

Rookie mistakes and the lack of emotion were pretty evident.

That was the same look we have seen many times over the past 4 years, a team on the road looking lost. Every excuse in the book was given for it, mostly all the talking heads blaming parcells for it.

but at the end of the day, romo made a couple poor throws and spencer made rookie mistakes and spears played very poorly.

I think all in all was probably a good thing, they need to not come out like that again.

Well lets hope you are right, and this a lesson they remember all season. But I am not going to be sucked in by that though.

This time Around, I will be in for the ride, but I will not have too much faith in the team. Of course it doesn't mean I wont think Cowboys should win every game. It will mean, I wont be as much of raving Lunatic after a loss as I might be normally :D

you need never be a lunatic after a loss. We are going to lose. This is not a dominant team.

If you can get through some of the losses we have had over the last 10 years, cardinals loss, panthers loss, seahawks loss you certainly can handle a preseason loss.

This loss was not half as bad as the cardinals preseason loss in 03 or the texans loss in 04.

its just a preseason game and when you look at it closer, really you will see spencer made some critical errors resulting in two tds, rookie mistakes.

This will be blown out of proportion until the giants game, and maybe even then. Its just a preseason game, just like the win over denver.

the only thing i am worried about seriously from tonight is Marcus Spears, I think he is showing he is not a starter in this league.

Agree with everything you said, but to add on to it,

even if we are a dominant team, we will lose in today's league. You can count on it.

nobody gets jacked up to play us like the texans do.

it's funny.

but i still hate them.

They act like they just won the freaking SB, I thought I was going to see confetti start falling from the rafters at the end of the game or maybe some fireworks or something.

What is halarious is the most Cowboy fans dont even give a damn about that sorry franchise. It is cleary a very one-sided rivalry.

I hope they enjoy their Govener's Cup, is there actually a freaking trophy they are going to display at thier HQ, that would be freaking halarious.:laugh1:
