But honestly I don’t have any “pet cats” until they actually do something. Watching a highlight reel of a guy in college is fun but the translation to the next level isn’t that easy.

I will wait to see how these guys develop before declaring one of them my favorite.

Watching a highlight reel of a guy in college is fun but the translation to the next level isn’t that easy.

That's part of the fun: to see if you think a guy's skills can make that transition to the NFL. Cole Beasley was my UDFA pet cat back in the day for this reason. His game just looked like it translated despite his size. Plus you get to say you were right(!), Bob, lol.
