Looks like Petey is going to have to put the bussiness degree to work. He just got cut from the Browns. I guess he prefers to be an unemployed CB than having a chance to start at FS.

Man I hope we dont pick him back up .....

If he had been smart he could have been last years version of Ellis ..... Bill knows Defense.

That whole scenario was just mindboggling to me. The guy was late round draft pick, who was not established in the league.

For the life of me what could he have been thinking? (or smoking)? When offered a shot to compete for a starting spot, take it, no matter what the position.

Just look at the nice bonus Davis got from playing standout special teams and average safety.

At least Ellis was an established DE that had some prior success at the position. Hunter had not even proven that he could play corner at this level.

Problem now is that Pete isn't more talented than what we already have in the secondary.

He could have been a solid FS if he hadn't been so insistent on being a CB.

True ..... with Watkins we have no use for Pete anymore.

THANK GOD nobody is talking about bringing the guy back!
He pissed away a golden oppurtunity and found that out the hard way.
See ya Hunter!

Goodrich, Larrimore, Dixon, Hunter, Ross, Edwards...we actually thought they were going to be the future.

Here is a guy who thought he knew more than Parcells, a bonified HOFer. BP knew what he could and couldn't do. The guy had the size and speed to be a great FS, and blew it trying to run after money, instead of finding a place in the NFL first.

Same case in Ellis. Ellis listened to Parcells and had way more "cred" than Hunter ever will, yet he put his Ego aside just enough to try it, and now thus far he's happy.

Just a pure Fool = Hunter.
