Lots of interesting draft tips/nuggets from various NFL insiders
Lots of interesting draft tips/nuggets from various NFL insiders
I am so glad we draft in the back half. I was looking at Scouts Inc player ratings. The top 50 players are graded closely together. The Giants have a chance at screwing two top picks up again. People seem to forget the Giants had three first round picks in thr 2019 draft and screwed that up royally.
If at 24 the Cowboys have choice between Burks, Zion, Green, Lloyd, and Smith. They should trade down and pick up the extra picks. I would even take two seconds for the 24th pick.+1.......We keep hearing it over and over, the meat of the draft is rounds 2 thru 4.
Liking trading back even more…2/3rd round picks are great to have.

I dont want to go too far down in the second. Atlanta has 43 and 58, Bears have 39 and 48, Green Bay has 53 and 59, KC has 50 and 62, Jets have 35 and 38, and Seattle has 40 and 41. I would say Bears or Falcons would be most likely...Bears the preferred one.
Remember 8 teams have two 1st round picks which of course means 8 teams don't have one. Pretty sure at least half of those teams may wanna get back in the 1st.
Giving up that 5th year of control on a player is a huge no for most front offices. You’d have to get either a future first or 3 second rounders. Can’t just do the normal 2 for 1 if involving extra years of controlStaying at top of 2nd is a must if no 1st rounder.
