So many good quarterbacks now. In my 38 seasons covering the NFL, I’ve never seen a class of quarterbacks as good as this one. Try to make a top 10 right now, for how quarterbacks are playing right now. Not who are the best, but how they’re playing right now, this month. It’s fruitless, but here goes:

1 Kyler Murray
2 Josh Allen
3 Dak Prescott
4 Lamar Jackson
5 Tom Brady
6 Aaron Rodgers
7 Justin Herbert
8 Patrick Mahomes
9 Matthew Stafford
10 Kirk Cousins
11 Derek Carr
12 Joe Burrow

Yep….how they are playing after 6 games this year.
He’s right about a ton of QBs having a great start to the season.
Throw those dozen into a pile and pull them out in almost any order you want…..as he said.

:flagwave:

Stafford too

Higher QB rating than all but Wilson
Higher TD -Turnover differencial than all but Brady
Yeah but he's living off that fat game he had off the Bears. Granted, he's played well but not the last few weeks. He was very good yesterday though.

I guess he left Wilson out due to injury

10 TDs, 1 int
League leader in Passer Rating

Or maybe that fat game vs the Bucs, or Giants….or
Lol

Naw I mean I won't say he's fat off the Bucc's because that's a great team and a great win. But yeah I'd definetly consider dominating the Giants and Bears is getting fat. If we are talking about the whole season then yeah I'd agree with you but as of right now? He played decent against the Seahawks and bad against the Cardinals and great against the Giants. Those are his last 3 opponents so yeah I can't say he's playing as good as those guys these last few weeks.

From the article...

Playmakers win,” Prescott said. “And we’ve got the playmakers.”

They’ve also got the quarterback. In his career, playing with the game tied in the fourth quarter and overtime, Prescott is amazing: a 79-percent passer, 10.6 yards per attempt, nine TDs, no picks, and a rating of 148.3.

Prescott told me he’ll take time to get fully healthy in the Dallas bye week. He felt a twinge in his calf on that last throw, and he said he’ll spend time “getting my body right, getting healthy.”

For a guy one year removed from a grotesque ankle break and surgery, it’s amazing how well he’s playing. He’s apace to throw for 5,100 yards and 45 touchdowns.

Been saying for years.......every Super Bowl winning team usually have at least two, maybe three playmakers on BOTH sides of the ball.
