Budweisers,,, started calling them Weezers along time ago,,,guess some of my warped ways come out in posts sometimes;)
( in a back/ forth ' issue in doubt' game and more notably season opener against N.Y. I tend to slam beers pretty quickly, guess it's this whole 'projected powerlessness' thing I got going on,,,idk?:lmao:

A lot of ***'s in this thread.

First off, we might not have Zeke to pound them and control the clock. Secondly, even if we did, the Giants pretty much stuffed the run game last year. It is going to take us having success in the passing game for us to beat them. That was our downfall. Of course it was Dak's first game, as well as Elliott's, and we were missing many defensive pieces.

As far as our DB's against their WR's, we had the same concerns last year. Eli had 3 TD's but wasn't exactly dominant. One was a lob that should have been picked off. The Giants OL wasn't exactly a great wall for him and isn't likely to be this year either. And of course, that was the T. Williams brainfart game.

THe second game was a 10-7 snoozer. Eli had 1 TD pass and another mediocre game. Giants used the same blue print as game one, make Dak beat them and he wasn't quite up to the challenge.

I think Dallas offense will score more than they did in either game against the Giants, and I think the defense will make enough stops to beat the Giants.

I sorta think the Giants offense is a paper tiger. They have a bunch of splash talent at the WR/TE, but the core of the offense is substandard. QB/OL/RB are somewhere between not special and awful. Maybe they will be markedly better then last year, or maybe the things that caused them to fail last year will be the same and they will fail again this year. I honestly expect their offense to look a lot like last year, but that could be my cowboys bias showing up. The negative aspect is Marshall is a 34 year old WR coming off of a down year and Engram is a rookie TE.
