P Chris Jones, +2.7.

That's his second highest grade of the season.

Jones will be a restricted free agent following the season and I wonder what tender he will receive.

Teams have four options with restricted free agent tenders.

First round tender, second round tender, original entry tender and right of first refusal tender.

The compensation for the first two is obvious, original entry is the round the player was drafted in (undrafted free agents don't require draft pick compensation if signed away under this tender) and right of first refusal doesn't require draft pick compensation.

I don't feel Jones has been good enough to warrant using a second round tender ($2.405M).

I'd use the right of first refusal tender, which will be $1.455M, and not sweat it if another team was willing to sign Jones to an offer sheet they felt Dallas wouldn't match (which would help get compensatory draft picks in 2016).

I expect the team to bring in legit competition for the punting job whether Jones remains on the roster or not.

Can't believe you utilized this much brainpower and time to analyze Chris Jones..

I agree with these grades for the game. Crawford was really about the only effective guy on defense. Martin, Free and Leary were awful.

No but PFF is still garbage good or bad grades on any game..

Am I supposed to post my own grades because I disagree with theirs?

You've added nothing constructive to the thread.

If you disagree with any of the grades posted, at least give some reasons why... rather than a "blanket statement" that is rather empty.

OK I will delete my posts. Sorry if you don't like my posts. I didn't realize this board was like that.

I'm hoping this was some sort of joke. Brilliantly done, if so.

You mean a board that appreciates opinions backed up by something that resembles facts?

Yeah, I've seen your "PFF ratings are garbage" posts in other threads where PFF grades are brought up. We get it... We got it several posts ago. Many do not like PFF ratings, and that's fine. Most of those folks either have stopped posting in threads dealing with PFF topics or go on to explain why they believe their grades are faulty. Either approach is fine by me.

Someone just started another thread where they did a film review of the game... and guess what? Many of their observations track the PFF grades for the game.

I think it is time I find another board to post on. Good luck to everyone here. Lots of good posters. I will make a donation before I go.

Ro and Romo were playing hurt, I don't care what anyone says. And Frederick does not deserve an atta boy with that premature snap.
