There's more to talk about but I just wanted to point out hooker and Wilson were trying to be cut and replaced by others all offseason that's all we heard and the fact that they think we need to pick up Jabil Peppers or whatever his name is look we didn't even really use Bell or Thomas too much as safeties We have other guys but just like last year they may not be special but they're steady Those two safeties pretty much do their jobs and they just don't get a lot of stats like interceptions and what not but I just find the irony here is the highest graded defensive are the people that that fans who are professionals in here think they need to be replaced..OFFENSE
Dak Prescott - 90.0 (61 snaps)
Brevyn Spann-Ford - 83.6 (10 snaps)
Cooper Beebe - 70.4 (61 snaps) - 66.3 pass blocking grade - seems high to me.
CeeDee Lamb - 68.0 (56 snaps) - too many drops
Javonte Williams - 66.8 (47 snaps) - 73.6 running game grade, 19.2 pass blocking grade
Hunter Luepke - 65.4 (8 snaps)
Terence Steele - 64.5 (61 snaps) - 78.9 run blocking grade, 44.4 pass blocking grade
KaVontae Turpin - 63.8 (28 snaps)
Luke Schoonmaker - 63.6 (15 snaps) - 66.0 run blocking grade, 74.8 pass blocking grade
Tyler Smith - 62.4 (61 snaps) - 55.0 pass blocking grade
George Pickens - 58.1 (56 snaps) - got dinged for the PF penalty
Tyler Booker - 55.7 (61 snaps) - 50.9 run blocking grade, 63.8 pass blocking grade
Jake Ferguson - 54.5 (47 snaps) - 68.9 run blocking grade, 70.3 pass blocking grade, 51.7 passing game grade - drops hurt here.
Jalen Tolbert - 51.6 (27 snaps) - often times, wouldn't know he was on the field
Miles Sanders - 48.4 (11 snaps) - 44.7 running game grade, 76.0 pass blocking grade - fumble turned the game away from Dallas
Tyler Guyton - 42.2 (61 snaps) - 53.9 run blocking grade, 26.1 pass blocking grade - I don't remember many busts from him with the exception of a rush from Josh Uche where he blindsided Prescott. I thought he was solid.
DEFENSE
Malik Hooker - 76.3 (62 snaps) - 87.7 tackling grade, 66.9 coverage grade
Donovan Wilson - 74.4 (62 snaps) - 78.5 tackling grade, 66.5 coverage grade
Marshawn Kneeland - 73.0 (29 snaps) - 36.3 tackling grade, 59.6 pass rush grade, 73.1 run defense grade
Osa Odighizuwa - 72.1 (41 snaps) - 69.8 tackling grade, 60.7 pass rush grade
Trevon Diggs - 70.2 (26 snaps) - 30.1 tackling grade, 76.1 coverage grade - still can't tackle
Donovan Ezeiruaku - 67.5 (22 snaps) - 55.0 pass rush grade, 72.2 rush defense grade - looked underpowered on a lot of downs
Kaiir Elam - 65.0 (62 snaps) - 63.6 coverage grade, 78.9 tackling grade - allowed a huge completion to Jahan Dotson, otherwise solid game
Damone Clark - 61.0 (41 snaps) - 59.7 tackling grade, 65.8 run defense grade - not aggressive enough against the run in the first three quarters
Kenny Clark - 60.7 (40 snaps) - 59.7 tackling grade, 65.8 run defense grade
James Houston - 58.9 (9 snaps) - 71.5 tackling grade, 57.9 pass rush grade - nice stop of Barkley for a four yard loss
Dante Fowler - 55.8 (27 snaps) - 44.6 run defense grade, 64.9 pass rush grade - he is what he is, a one trick pony
DaRon Bland - 52.9 (62 snaps) - 28.6 run defense grade, 25.1 tackling grade, 70.4 coverage - Diggs like grading
Sam Williams - 52.0 (39 snaps) - 47.2 tackling grade, 56,7 run defense grade, 52.9 pass rush grade
Solomon Thomas - 47.1 (25 snaps) - 43.4 tackling grade, 49.8 run defense grade
Jack Sanborn - 47.0 (47 snaps) - 78.9 tackling grade, 51.1 run defense grade
Kenneth Murray - 30.0 (62 snaps) - 27.8 run defense grade, 62.3 tackling grade - plays way too soft
Jay Toia - 29.3 (20 snaps) - 29.7 run defense grade, 66.8 tackling grade - ~cross off Mazi Smith, insert Jay Toia, no difference on field~
Even though in camp Donovan Wilson's had his best camp and the last like eight games of the season last year he had some of his best games and hooker has just been Mr Steady, again they're not getting a lot of stats but they're doing what the coaches are asking them to do.. Would be nice to have more dynamic safeties but eventually maybe we'll pop one of those But in the meantime I'll take the guys who are Performing the way the coaches game planned it...
