How the hell is Pollard so low? 5ypc 2tds you couldn't ask for much better let alone in that weather. Thought he was one of the top players on offense imo. Just reading web pages most have Pollard as a highlight . The NYpost has Pollard as a one man show lol

I'm assuming he was terrible in blocking then?

My guess would be his fumble and pass pro.

Thanks for posting!! I have been looking forward to it!

All of those who think that PFF is lame because the grades did conform to their preconceived biases and their expert opinions after watching the game live one time in 3...2.....1....
I think they are lame because they leave out a whole heckofalot of context.

Remember when fans in this forum were posting about how Zack Martin was in major decline last year? He is the póster boy for NOT needing training camp.
He's sorta quietly become the best ever at his position. Unbelievable career he's had just by the numbers.

PFF = PERFECTLY FOOLISH, but FUN to look at. Pollard bottom 5 = LOL
Two Years ago with Conner Williams PFF had our O line #1 or #2 in the NFL = what a joke that was

THIS year Pollard and the O line should be top 5 if healthy.

Don't shoot the messenger.....

Offense (Top 5):
  1. Zack Martin - 91.1
  2. CeeDee Lamb - 75.9
  3. Dak Prescott - 72.8
  4. Brock Hoffman - 71.6
  5. T.J. Bass - 69.8
Offense (Bottom 5):
  1. Peyton Hendershot - 38.7
  2. Tony Pollard - 47.1
  3. Cooper Rush - 48.7
  4. Deuce Vaughn - 51.3
  5. Tyler Biadasz - 52.4
Defense (Top 5):
  1. Dorance Armstrong - 93.0
  2. Stephon Gilmore - 89.9
  3. Micah Parsons - 86.0
  4. Juanyeh Thomas - 84.6
  5. Trevon Diggs - 80.7
Defense (Bottom 5):
  1. Damone Clark - 50.4
  2. Neville Gallimore - 52.3
  3. Noah Igbinoghene - 56.5
  4. Sam Williams - 61.8
  5. Malik Hooker - 63.7
It is hard to criticize after a night like that but Biadasz did not have a good night at all. And it wasn't just Dexter Lawrence pushing him around.

Brock Hoffman and TJ Bass didn't really play enough or when it counted. One thing about TJ is he is not going to get pushed around. He went in for Edoga for a few plays and held his own at LG. He just needs experience.

We knew what Gallimore was going into the season. He really needs to step it up. Sam Williams was out of position a lot and took himself out of the play. He looked better last year but it is only one game. Pollard averaged 5.0 yds per carry and scored 2 TDs, what made his rating so low?

Why the heck is Pollard's grade so low?

Other than that I guess this is fairly accurate. Biadasz's score was probably hurt by a couple TFL's by the Giants early.

I don’t get the Clark love.

He’s ok.

He appears just a tick slow to diagnose plays.
Middle linebacker is hard in this defense. Give Clark some time. The weakside position is see ball hit ball. Hopefully he gets better because LVE is the only guy I trust to play MiKE.

How was Jake “drop “ Ferguson not in the bottom 5…But Pollard at 5.0 YPC and 2 TD’s was no.2?

I’m also surprised Osa wasn’t in the top 5. And Igbinoghene must have played 5 plays with one of them a TD. Surprised he came out so low.
Pollard was not doing all that well until later in the game when he broke a few long runs. After the defense was worn down. As it should be. Nothing wrong with that. He did great though on his first TD run. Great patience and vision.

Agree though, his score should be higher. But it is PFF.

I am sure I will get blasted by several of my anti fans for posting the truth. Because they will refuse to understand my post.:lmao:
