1-12 Ruben DE Miami - idk how this happens but it fits a huge need

1-29 David Bailey DE/LB - he’s a pass rusher leading CFB in sacks

2-44 Sony Styles MLB

Solves a lot of problems

12 - Downs and Woods have been falling for me

29 - Reese or Sonny solves LBer

44 - Sutton or AJ Harris

They need linebackers that should be priority #1. Every great defense has an elite linebacker and can get by with good DEs..

Those are good pics but I don't see how Ruben could possibly fall to us at 12. We have one rusher (EZE) that the team has confidence in. There is at least qualified value at linebacker or safety @ 44.

Bain.Jr is going to be the first non QB off the board.

Bailey has pretty much no impact in stopping the running game

Styles is a borderline first rounder.

Now that everyone is looking at the draft there was only one 1st rd LB in the Texas kid Hill Jr... now both Ohio State LB have bumped up the list with Mel Kiper putting in Reese top 10 and Sonny coming in later in the 1st rd - not sure how to really rank these kids

I would consider trading down at least one of those picks in each draft, picking up an extra two high picks.
For example, maybe we can aim for 14-15 instead of 12 and pick up an extra second-round pick.

That would give us 8 players in the top 50 over the next two years.....

The Cowboys have an opportunity to get a huge bounty. Just trading their 1st down a few spots a couple of times could net them a good day 2 haul. They might move the Packers pick out of the 1st to save money. There are more picks.

Simulators are fun, but often comically unrealistic
