PFF QB Ranking - Dak 17

Dak isn't either...fans are doing that and blind mice take it and run. Post one clip of Dak bragging about this....you can't. Take the hater goggles off and just talk football without getting all worked up. Its much more enjoyable
You want us to believe that his claim to fame wasn't used as a means to get that ridiculous contract?

Well that's the thing it's not a surprise I mean the way they performed last year not many are going to make the top one hundred and they're not going to be in their normal positions... Reason to really have a debate about it 17 who cares how he's ranked before the season starts...

This is about as bad as me looking at Twitter and social media and Facebook people posting pictures of so many quarterbacks and shorts throwing two receivers in shorts and running backs running around barrels...

Literally every team is doing their fine marketing job by announcing to the world that they have a Hall of Famer at every position because they're throwing against air...

Oh and then it gets worse I feel bad for Drake may I mean they're counting his interceptions now they're trying to gaslight fans that turn against him hell some of them are saying they let go of the wrong guy ie Milton..

Do you remember the 2023 offseason where they counted Prescott's every interception and they talked about Jalen Hertz which I still don't believe didn't throw a single interception in practice they were talking about these two guys on opposite ends of the spectrum and have that turn out all the pundits in the most ridiculous talk about the interceptions and Prescott should have been MVP he threw the least amount of intersections during the regular season..

The stats only count during a regular season when the lights are on and the games are being played all this other stuff saw nonsense who cares about rankings especially when they're all judged from what happened the year before...I don't....

but you're right the haters will definitely get on board with it just like they did in that off season everybody thought after 2020 Prescott was going to have an awful year because there's no way he can come back from such a horrible injury it was going to take them years to recover I had that work out 37 touchdowns and 10 receptions one of his best seasons...

That's the problem people's opinions everyone's going to find the narrative they like and then they're going to spread too much whether it's positive or negative...

Let them have their fun poking at their own quarterback and ripping their own players and hating on their own team as if somehow that shows good character no most of us know what it is.....
all that drivel just to say nothing

I have a life doing other things; you might think about getting one
Im retired...I take care of my real estate holdings from home. And, the two companies that I am part owner in, send me royalties. Other than my dad, I don't have anything better to do, most days. I'll be off for a few hours. My wife and i are taking my 90 year old dad for lunch on South Padre Island.
Don't talk behind my back, you ignorant hater! Lol! Salud, GTB.....you're one of the good ones. Give mountain some lessons

So you don't have a clip? I didn't think so. Go on guessing....and yes, hes notnan idiot. Wouldn't you bring that up when you negotiate with your boss

So which is it, does he use it as his claim to fame or not? If yes then what exactly have I stated that is wrong of "hater-ish" - whatever the hell that means.

other than that, Mrs Lincoln, how was the play?

do you understand why your answer really is weak?
You just answered it G.......... criteria for the rankings are the regular season. The post I responded to referenced Dak regular AND postseason stats/record/performance.

17th huh, sounds fair now especially based upon his stats from last year.

In 2016 Dak walked into the perfect situation. Best OL and dominating RB. In his career he was also lucky that the NFC east opponents, for the most part, 2 out of 3 teams sucked during his tenure (78.8% wins against NFC East opponents, with a record of 33-8). Dak's career record is 76-46, eliminating the NFC east gimme games gives him a record of 43-38 against the rest of the NFL. Similar to Brady's time with the Patriots, the rest of the AFC east sucked for the majority of his tenure there. So while Dak and Brady's stats are padded during their career by weaker and frequent divisional games, Brady proved he could win outside the division.

Dak is near 2015 Romo. Both highly paid QBs that have had good careers, missed a lot of games due to injury.

2014 Romo got a 1st place vote for league MVP, think he came in 3rd by points. 2023 Dak was second in points, don't think he got any 1st place votes. Again seems pretty equal.

My guess is Milton starts more games than Dak in the 2026 season.

This is about right ........but I think he could finish the season closer to the top 10

17. Dak Prescott, Dallas Cowboys

Prescott remains the epitome of a quarterback who thrives against weaker opponents but falters when the competition stiffens. He earned a 90.0 PFF grade in 2023 — behind only Lamar Jackson, Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes — before a late-season collapse ended his MVP bid. In 2024, the Cowboys stumbled early, and a season-ending injury sidelined Prescott before he could rebound. To rejoin the top-10 conversation, he must recapture that 2023 form and prove he can deliver against the league’s best.
Been saying this for years. He's a stat compiler not a winner.

So which is it, does he use it as his claim to fame or not? If yes then what exactly have I stated that is wrong of "hater-ish" - whatever the hell that mean
He doesn't talk about that to media. Whatever his agent does, he probably doesn't need too. Jerry saw it with his own eyes.
And, you aren't haterish, you're full blown.

No one is going to contest Jalen Hurts listed at #5?

On X his placement on the list is getting more responses than any other QB with the exception of maybe Josh Allen. Even Eagles fans are admitting he is too high. Most fans think his team carried him to the Super Bowl rather than the other way around.

That 17 ranking really has you Dak fans big in your feels today.

If you believe in your guy then he will prove everyone wrong and prove you right.

(I ALMOST said that without laughing).

I doubt it. Jerry will never let a coach bench Dak due to the belief he has in Dak reflected in that contract.
He doesn’t believe in Dak anymore.

He said himself last year after Dak got hurt that he thought the offense would be better with Rush (it was).

Dak will avoiding benching because of his contract, not because of anybody’s belief in his skill.

Highest paid player ever, folks.

“Dak haters” will always be right about Dak.
This is the problem with Dak, right? He is paid the most of any QB in the league and more than Josh Allen who signed a new deal after Dak. Dak can never play well enough to justify his contract. It is beyond justifiable. But Jerry thinks he did a great thing paying Dak more than anyone in the league. The Cowboys look like clowns for paying Dak $60 million and a list like this just rubs it in even more.

What makes it worth is I think getting paid so much has made Dak play even worse because he feels the pressure of being the highest paid QB and we all know Dak does not play well under pressure.
