FYI, one more solid bit of info from PFF (not from this article), Wilcox played 54 snaps to Will Allen's 16. Wilcox graded out positively in PFF's arbitrary system at 1.9+. That was good for 5th best on the D (behind Ware, Hatcher, Church and Durant) and ahead of other secondary players Carr, Scandrick and Claiborne (who all also graded out positively).

20 different defensive players received snaps during the Rams game.

The blow-out allowed a number of 2nd stringers to play.

Yeah was glad to see starters getting pulled late in the game. Was a bit shocked Romo was not on the bench and have Orton finish the game off, even though it would have been just to hand the ball off.

Do you mind sharing the PFF stats for the OLine?

Week 3:
Smith -1.6 (62 snaps)
Leary 0.3 (55 snaps)
Frederick 3.5 (62 snaps)
Bernadeau 2.1 (38 snaps)
Free 5.4 (62 snaps)
Waters 0.1 (31 snaps)

Year to Date:
Smith -0.3 (208 snaps) #34 Overall OT
Leary -2.8 (201 snaps) #48 Overall G
Frederick -0.2 (208 snaps) #21 Overall C
Bernadeau -3.2 (166 snaps) #51 Overall G
Waters -0.8 (49 snaps) (not enough snaps to qualify for overall rankings)
Free 11.2 (208 snaps) #1 Overall OT

Hmm. The posted article talked at length about how he held Quinn at bay. Almost all of Murray's rushing yards were gained to the left. Any insight available on why he's so negative? Or do we just chalk it up to general PFF wackiness and a reminder that their numbers are not all that meaningful.

Keep in mind that "Held at bay" isn't the same thing as "Complete domination".

Quinn was a +0.6 for the game which is well down from what he earned in weeks 1 & 2.

Smith was good, but not perfect. He gave up 2 hurries and Quinn did have 4 tackles for the day.

Conversely, Long who was facing Doug Free, had 1 tackle for the day. Tyron battled Quinn to just about a draw, while Free "erased" Long.

Whoa!!!!

Doug Free the #1 overall OT? That should raise some eyebrows, no matter how good or bad the rating system is.

Great to see him get back on track. Hopefully he keeps it going the rest of the year and beyond.
