So, the narrative here seems to be that the Cowboy are able to cultivate starting centers for the NFL.....that only last two to four seasons.

It would be way cheaper to keep Tyler Biadasz than to let him go and bring in someone much more expensive, especially since no rookie or backup Center currently on the team has not shown to be a threat for the starting Center position.
