When's the last time a defensive player won MVP?
It’s not likely but many years a top 10 list would include a defensive player
To make a top 10 list with Micah is just crazy
There aren’t 9 more players who’ve played better than him so far this year

Interesting that no one but QB on a mvp list

Yep, it's a QB award. Funny you should mention this coz I just looked up that last MVP defensive player........Lawrence Taylor, 1986. That's crazy.....

Of course, it's early but gives you an idea of how good Hurts is playing. We can argue about the weapons he has but the dude is making some serious plays. I hate it as much as the next fan but can't deny he's balling.
  • 1. Jose Allen
  • 2. Patrick Mahomes
  • 3. Jalen Hurts
  • 4. Justin Herbert
  • 5. Lamar Jackson
  • 6. Tom Brady
  • 7. Russell Wilson
  • 8. Aaron Rogers
  • 9. Tua Tagovailoa
  • 10. Matthew Stafford

Yes, but he played well against 2 of the worst defenses in the NFL.

Why is Cooper Rush not on this list? Out of all the QB’s listed, he’s the only one with a 100% win percentage and he’s a leader of men. Rush is being lowballed here.

I would honestly take Parsons over everyone one in the top 10 except Allen and Mahomes. I bet the Eagles and Miami would trade Tua and Hurts one for one to get Parsons now.

Who's top 10 list is this?

Let me guess.....he's an "analyst" that happens to be a former quarterback?

"Ridiculous" is the only way to describe this list. I would put Maher on this before I put half those QB's so far this season.

Dak was in this conversation at year ago after a few games too. It is a long season.

Umm that's a qb list redo it with some other positions mixed in. lIke a defender parsons , Bosa, etc Donald.. how about a WR or RB.. tired of the MVP being a top qb award..maybe they need their own.

BTW give cooper rush those weapons and those coaches in Philly he would be doing that as well.LOL but its 2 games and I digress,

How is Russell Wilson that high right now?
He shouldn't be, thats the point, its qb award now. he hasn't played well at all. He is what we thought he was.. lol Looked like that last year in Seattle.

0-6 in the RZ, stats less than stellar.

Micah would have to break the single season sack record to win MVP. Watt tied it last year and didn’t win, he actually didn’t even get a single vote.

At this rate I don’t know how Allen doesn't win it. He’s a stud.
