The success of the Commanders is a result of a new, experienced owner hiring the right people to run his team and let them do their jobs and execute their vision with a legitimate franchise QB.
Now contrast that with a narcissistic owner new to football who constantly overestimates his team’s talent level and undermines his staff; and executes his vision with a system QB, being paid as a franchise QB.
It’s amazing how quickly change can be effected when an organization hires qualified people and allows them to work towards a common vision…too bad Jerry will never learn this lesson.
