Why wasn't you. The whole point of attack HC is to have a guy who can yake command and control, to lead and motivated these men and have a voice with and against JJ I. Our case. With Knowledge of the league, the game how it works etc. Deuon is EXACTLY what we need. With some bomb coordinators

That's exactly my thought, I was strongly against it, but at this point why not? It should be funny to see the tirades and drama at least.

Why wasn't I?.. coz I wasn't sure if Deion had the track record to be HC of the DC's.

Who knows.. you may be right.. only one way to find out.

At this point Im thinking.. I doubt we are contending for a SB any time soon.. so why not have some fun over the next couple of years.

I would much rather have Deion than Witten. Of all the coaches that have been talked about, I think Deion would be the best. He knows how to win. I’ve never seen a moment too big for him. And he really isn’t interested in nonsense. He says what he thinks. with solid coordinators I think he be very successful.

To me the fundamental issue is how the roster is constructed. Nobody has drafted more All Pro players in the last decade yet we don’t win. He is still trying to put the most talented roster on the field by being top heavy and filling in gaps with high risk reward guys. When guys go down we have below average backups and it’s our weakest players rather than our strongest players that determine whether we win or not.

Until that changes I don’t really think it matters who coaches.

If Jerry wanted Dieon, he wouldn't need to be doing all these other interviews. When he hired MM, he only interviewed Mike and one Rooney candidate. That's it. This hesitation has dragged out so long I doubt Dieon would even want the job at this point. I think Dieon has too much pride to be someone's consolation prize.
