If there is value there(and there certainly would be if Rivers slipped to #22) a trade down makes a heck of a lot more sense than taking a guy that isn't really needed(as you say, we have KB who we like). Considering the value that WILL BE THERE at CB, RB and WR, which in 50 different ways makes more sense than a 4-3 WLB, we'll be taking a REAL NEED. Argue to your hearts content, but you are wrong and the War Room at VR would tell you that if you had access and asked.

I won't lie.. I have thrown my remote two years in a row in the first 3 hours of the draft.. well, maybe 3 1/2 or so. I guess I just wanted a flashy kind of skill player.

It is a little ridiculous, Rivers is far superior to Willis. Probably the next Ray Lewis.

Being a slave to BPA is just as bad as picking only for need. If no really good CB is around, then trade down and get some more picks later on. Rivers is not a good pass rusher and he is not a ILB. PASS.
