From where I'm from, we only have univerities, minor league bb, semi pro hockey...but I never saw someone with a Seahawks jersey, until a few years ago. Now it's like no one leave the house without a russel willams jersey on, tells me Lynch was better than Emmitt, unfortunately I work in the food/customer service industry or I'd be telling them to shut there big yappers and learn how to be a real fan! Ok glad I got that out, phew. Sorry folks.

Why do you believe that? Jerry is handing the reins over to Stephen, and Stephen had said he isn't spending on free agents. We'll sign a few jags that Marinelli promises will become Reggie White, and we'll try to draft guys who have position flex. Then we'll watch the same play again next year.

I'm not trying to be downer, but we seem to be stuck in this defensive rut.
Because Jerry knows he's running out of time that's the difference

Come on
So do you think by year end, teams feared Murray more than Zeke?
Murray had an epic workload and epic overall year, but Zeke was WAY more scary and explosive than Murray. Much more likely to bust it long and less likely to lose a fumble...uh, like Murray did in that game.

Also, 2014 was AT Green Bay and 2016 obviously wasn't. Pretty big difference.
Still came down to the very end.

Anyway, Good for Dak, btw.
But your statement comes across as petty and silly.
I can only use stats which supports my claim.

Let me just get it out of the way, screw you cliff and your team, and the bandwagon you like to call the "12th" man. Ive seen it in person 3 times, almost got a beer thrown at me in that stadium, those stupid squawk fans are real lucky they chose not to. I'd watch a game in Oakland over Seattle, easy. I've been to both places.

There should never have been a celebration or an injury on that play, but there goes Romo, running out of the pocket, trying to be the ultimate competitor in a meaningless pre-season game.

Amazing how 1 bad decision can change a team so much, both positively and negatively.

I suppose ole Cliff should get some small credit for Elliott and maybe Prescott. There is a silver lining in every rain cloud.

In some corners of NFL fandom, there’s been talk that Seahawks defensive end Cliff Avril was the Cowboys’ real MVP in 2016: By injuring Tony Romo in the preseason, Avril made way for the rise of Dak Prescott as the franchise quarterback in Dallas.

But Avril doesn’t like hearing that talk.

I don’t ever want to injure somebody and put somebody else in there,” Avril said, via the Star-Telegram. “But Dak took full advantage of the opportunity. He has been killing it ever since.”

Avril has been getting to know Prescott this week at the Pro Bowl and says Prescott’s maturity as a young leader reminds him of Russell Wilson.

I just love Cliff's perspective. Take care of your fellow man off the field and go hard on the field. Compassion still exists amongst the NFL brethren. Awesome.

& to hear his perspective on Dak, it only bolsters what some of us knew that first time Dak took the field against the Rams in LA. We have a special nucleus from which to build.
