We've had a rare lull in original video content this week, due to some technical issues with the in-home video hookup and Brocato going on vacation and the trip to New York for the first-ever PFT summit.

But thanks for our friends at NBCSports.com, we've got another video look at a specific team's offseason.

This time around, it's the Cowboys.

That was painfully bad.

It should come with a warning that it includes know nothing mike florio.

I cant believe the network that has the greatness of Al Michaels and Bob costas allows themselves to be associated with this florio guy.

I just dont understand.

edit probably would be nice if I spelled no correctly...as in know nothing when I am bagging on someone dont ya think!!
