Time that everyone start waking up to the reality that maybe Jerrah has finally come to his senses and realized Dak is not an elite QB and not worth the money.
Argue all you will about his stats and how he’s shown improvement.
Elite QB’s should win against teams with a winning record
Elite QB’s should be able to play consistently week in week out. Not show flashes of brilliance in one game and be inconsistent the next
Elite QB’s can play and welcome the challenge when faced with adversity, Prescott just gets more inconsistent and erratic
and what sealed it for me with regards to Mr Prescott is the following...
257 yards, 3-14 on 3rd downs and 3 field goals against an Egals team with a secondary made up of players who were stocking shelves at Home Depot the week before.
Argue all you want, it’s Garrets fault, or the receivers, or whatever strikes your fancy, that statistically he had a great year... sure if most of your yardage and stats came while your team was trailing by double digits and the opposing defense was playing you soft and running out the clock... how many games did Dak win when trailing in the 3rd quarter last season?
Truth is Mr elite QB was anything but...
Jerrah should dangle him as trade bait and see who bites then move up the draft board.
Let’s see how well Dak does elsewhere...
Time to realize that he is not the QB that’s going to take this team to the SB, no matter who the HC is and the talent level around him...
stop making excuses to cover his misgivings as a QB...
