The only reason I still have hope for Dak is dude was beat up everywhere last year and recovering from a huge injury.

He was never one of those QBs naturally mechanically gifted. It just %*#$#* up everything. I think if he can stay healthy, we'll see an improvement, even down one less good receiver.

You are stuck on stats. He's had like what 5-6 first round picks around him? You don't think that helps make him look better?

Let's ask Joe Borrow what it feel like to get drafted in the first round by a not very good team. I think Dak did quite well....handling the pressure of Cowboys QB as a rookie....but that team was STACKED! And he had a 3rd(?) 1st round pick STUD RB to take the pressure off. Zeke had one of the best rookie RB year in the history of the NFL.
Joe would have appreciated that.

Ask yourself this...did Dak elevate this team? ? What do the REAL objective experts like Kurt Warner think he plays elite? I am not saying yes or no...but leave your petty poltics aside and ask yourself the tough questions. It's okay if dak isn't elite. It;s okay of Dak makes mistakes. We can still cheer him on, support him as well as criticize his play just like any other pro athlete.

The first thing I need you to do is learn to read my posts more carefully because I CLEARLY stated that DAK IS NOT ELITE. You get it that time??? Ok good.

Now you said don't pay attention to stats... but players are paid new contracts, bonuses, and incentives according to stats... players get graded because of stats.. players are ranked by stats... players are voted to the Pro Bowl because of stats... players are voted into the HALL OF FAME because of stats. So no, we can't ignore the stats.

Yes we've had very good players around Dak, but let me ask you this... if Dak was only good because of the talent around him, why did we look so bad when Dak got injured??? Why weren't the backups able to look as good as Dak with the "same talent around him"?
