Oh I totally agree - but with one caveat - only talking about this upcoming season. Dez knows, or at least he should, that he better keep his mouth shut, be the perfect teammate or he'll not get the long term contract he'll eventually want.

If he has a great year and gets a big multi-year contract, he'll turn into the same Dez we've seen. As the old saying goes, a leopard doesn't change its spots...

Dez has a good attitude but he needs to handle his emotions

Only distraction problem, is Dez distracting himself. He seems to lose focus if not involved early on. He lets his emotions get the better of him.
