Eagles defensive tackle Bennie Logan caught some attention for saying that he didn’t see why people thought the Cowboys’ offensive line was so great, but the attempt to make him eat his words failed rather spectacularly on Thursday. The Eagles routed the Cowboys 33-10 and one of the biggest reasons they were able to do…http://youwillnotrackme2.net/b.gif?host=profootballtalk.nbcsports.com&blog=&post=2298294&subd=nbcprofootballtalk&ref=&feed=1

I think the O-line will be better. They're growing.

The defense are what they are...

Yes, the OLine is still very young. I think they were trying too hard (pressing) in this game.

Leary was great against JJ Watt but struggled against the Eagles...It doesn't make sense.

He's right, but I think it was a snowball effect yesterday that led to things getting out of hand. The Cowboys inabilities to get something going early on, wasn't simply the O-line. There was a combination of failures that hurt them in the first half from guys being held, to lackluster route running, to turning the ball over, etc. After that, the Eagles could be as aggressive as they wanted to be.

Some good pointed snapshots.

I really feel that there isn't enough home field pride to fill a teaspoon on this team. They should be defending their home ground to within an ounce of blood...which makes the Harris' penalty horrendously obnoxious.

That was the really upsetting thing. We got beat exactly how I figured the Cowboys would win it. Being more physical at the line of scrimmage.

Maybe it's something about that DFW area? I mean, many of the home fans don't seem too inspiring. Perhaps if everything isn't going great all the time for an extended period of time, folks there mentally check-out?

Welcome to the reality of football, Jerry. It's the lines that make teams string.

I am not worried about the offensive line. But we saw today what we have seen in the past with the Giants, and from Washington when they sell out to blitz Romo mercilessly.

No pass rush, no pass defense.

Maybe after most of this season having your offensive line bragged about, you see how defenses are built. Jerry.

What do you expect an OL to do if they face 8 man fronts and your WRs aren't getting open? There were times when Romo had plenty of time, but had to settle for short gains.

I presume this was a rhetorical post because you know very well that Jerry will be just as big a football idiot next year as he has been for the last 20 years

Just shut up Jerry. Shut up. Tired of your crypt keeper face and grinch like grin and dumb statements but most of all I'm tired of your wrinkly hands leaving their nasty prints all over this franchise.

Wish you'd go away forever.

Yes. But then there is the possibility of the crayon crowd that still doesn't get it.

Like I said in another thread, we gotta take on the Bears, but we get another crack at the iggles. There Dline won round one but the youngsters get another chance fairly quickly.
