This team has "zero chance" of a Super Bowl, regardless.

What I don't want is someone from this staff coaching the last 4 games and Jerry decides to make him HC. I'd rather ride out JG and hope Jerry actually makes a decent hire to replace him. A long shot, yes, but I don't want anyone on the current staff being HC next season.

Keeping him gives you less than zero chance. This team and players have given up on JG. How much more do you have to watch JJ. If I am SJ I would say I will see you after Christmas dad. The players will actually have to go to JJ or start saying out loud they don’t want to play for him. They are already showing it on the field. OMG JG himself is standing there wanting to be put out of his misery.
