Garrett is also comfortable finishing 8-8 and losing a play-in game. That might go against Jerry's wishes, but Jerry has his back.

Jason Garrett couldn’t get the #Cowboys beyond Divisional Playoff round with teams that were 13-3 and 12-4, but now Jerry Jones believes that it’s realistic to reach the Super Bowl with a 6-6 record?

I hope Jerry goes back and watches that game again....from the perspective.....who's actually playing....and who's just going through the motion?

Because there are a lot of guys out there...just trying to stay injury free and collect a check. They have quit on Garrett...and vice versa.

Time to roll the dice Jerry...and swing for the fences. A shake up is needed. Catch lightning in a bottle. Call it what you want...but new leadership is needed @ the top.
