We just need a few offensive players taken ahead of us to get one of these defensive players. Another QB would be huge, at least 1 receiver, OL would make it possible.

Yep, I doubt they take him at two.

I’m gonna go ahead and get a little greedy. Instead of being happy that a defensive player gets pushed downward, I’m hoping someone else is looking to get ahead of 16 to grab Simpson, which makes us open for business so we can participate in the next day.

Of course it all depends on who we like and/or if someone in our top five has fallen. Maybe even the Jets themselves will want to move up to counter that possibility. I’d be up for going from 12 to 16 for our second back, and we include like a fourth. That ought to add up. Keep in mind teams dealing up for QBs usually pay a bit of a premium. That effectively reduces the cost of QW to a first and a fourth.

Justin Fields last season now possibly Murray or forcing a high pick on another Wilson type . Aaron Glenn is in an impossible position trying to win with the QB shelf broken .
