Hardly think he wilted, guy threw for 390yds despite his oline acting like a sieve that game.

I think the guy is underrated, but not worthy of a first rd pick.

Looked like a spooked deer the entire game. Two ints and a fumble return for a td. He was just chuckin and ducking whether there was pressure or not. Looks like a career backup to me.

Someone needs to tell AJ's agent that there's a difference between instilling some confidence in his guy and flat out lying to him. I can't imagine any team taking AJ McCarron anywhere in the top 3 rounds.

Those were my immediate thoughts too.
That's a poor job of managing expectations.

I like him too but I'd be shocked if he was a 1st round pick.
