It appears we're in trouble, folks! Jerry thinks we're set at RB and isn't willing to change things at this time!

Brace yourselves, with the Ravens due to test our capabilities! Our FO is quite happy, as is!

That blank look on Zimmer's face last week also has me seriously concerned.

Mike just realized he is dealing with country club culture. He needs to crack the whip. Get the dog in these pansies
This is a lame duck staff, they're just gonna play it out, collect their checks and move on. MM probably wants to get fired. Sit at home, regroup and ponder his future.

He’s the next HC.
Now, there's a scary thought for ya! Between Jerry's stubbornness and our plight with the defense, it appears disaster awaits! :omg:
Here we are, awaiting a situation that threatens to rock the foundations of this team, and our staff is extremely confident, as is!

An old familiar friend that’s thankful for one last opportunity, therefore incredibly easy to control.

Tell me that doesn’t fit Jerry’s criteria for someone he’d want in that position.

Lol this isn't his first time here. Matter of fact, this being a country club culture is probably the only reason he came here

Personally, I feel supremely confident that we're in trouble, up to our necks. :omg:
Between Jerry and Zimmer's determination to continue unfettered, it sucks!

Thank him for doing what is a functional element of a good organization. For a specific game, he recognized responsibility for a specific failure and is responding, as is the organizational function, and strong action, to make team corrective actions.

What, he should check his pager and watch what Kraft does?

My first DC job, I was part of a lame duck staff. I came in full of myself and great work ethic, that I got from my dad. No one would take the job, my wife talked me into it. I had the number one defense in the region with 5 sophomores starting. The rest of the staff coasted and collected a paycheck. Our offense was horrible. Sure enough, the HC was let coach..they made me HC and I fired 5 lazy, worthless coaches. A year later, we went undefeated. Coaching matters as much as talent. My superior didn't know anything about football and stayed out of my way. MM doesn't have that luxury.
It's a bad feeling....I thought I was gone too....I was already looking for a job when a board member asked me to apply.
To his credit, Jerry isn't waiting on Kraft to see what should be done next.

It was a joke...
ex-President's visit... :muttley: Jerry deals with football at top levels. He may seem as if he was just born a fool, he never stayed there and lives daily in the real world. Not like some in politics.:starspin:

A vow? Meaningless. If he was serious there would be a blood oath involved.

I'm steadfastly withholding my approval, until such time as this team's determinations prove reliably workable. In the meantime, I await success.
